About the Role:Due to continued and exciting growth, Partum Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Project Planner with a background in civil engineering to contribute to our infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating engineering activities, developing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with design an environmental standards to the business based in Burswood, WA. Duties include but are not limited to:Analyse site locations and conduct surveys to determine the feasibility and requirements of civil engineering project.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all engineering activities aligh with project objectives and deadlines.Undertake calculations, design assessments, and develop specifications for civil engineering projects, while providing solutions to design-related challenges.Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to optimise project workflows and resources.Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify potential risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies.Study, evaluate, and report on the environmental impact of civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with existing regulations.Determine construction methods, materials, and quality standards for civil engineering projects.Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.To be successful in this role, you will bring the following knowledge, skills and experience:Tertiary Qualification in Engineering.Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination within civil engineering or construction projects.Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and project teams.Why Join Us?Work on large-scale infrastructure projects with an experienced engineering team.Opportunity for professional development and career growth.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Next StepsIf you are excited to be part of a high performing organisation undertaking incredible and diverse challenges whilst furthering your career, please submit your resume and a cover letter telling us why you’d be a great fit for the company and outlining your goals by clicking the ‘Apply Now’ button.
