Project Manager - Data Centres

Our client is a well-established, locally focused project management firm based in Melbourne’s CBD. They are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team and contribute to a landmark data centre project located in Tullamarine. In this role, you will work directly with their client—a leading global data centre developer and operator—supporting the successful commissioning of the facility.

Those with experience in PM or working for a head contractor or Subcontractor in the data centre, hospital or pharceutical space are encourged to apply. 

Plan & Coordinate the Commissioning Process

• Develop the commissioning schedule and integrate it into the overall project timeline.
• Coordinate between contractors, engineers, vendors, and the commissioning agent/team

Manage Documentation & Compliance

• Oversee the creation and review of commissioning plans, test scripts, and reports.
• Ensure systems are commissioned according to industry standards 
• Track sign-offs, inspections, and any required certifications

Monitor Testing & Validation

• Ensure all systems (electrical, mechanical, fire suppression, IT, etc.) are tested under real and simulated conditions.
• Handle issues or failures that arise during testing, driving resolution.
