Dynamics CRM Project Manager will lead and manage the implementation and ongoing management of the CRM project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and meet the business requirements.
As a project manager, you will help us shape, plan, and manage the delivery to ensure projects are successfully completed and transitioned to operations.
Collaborating with other teams, you will also have the opportunity to shape our project management practices, ensuring that we have an efficient project portfolio management framework to deliver projects in the most impactful way and realise their benefits.
About the role:
Lead the end-to-end migration of business entities onto Microsoft Dynamics 365Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, keeping delivery on trackWork closely with stakeholders, technical teams, 3rd parties and end-usersIdentify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure a smooth transition
You will:
Plan the project: Analyse project briefs to plan timeline, budget, resources, and process required to deliver the project. Collaborate to deliver: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and other related activities, and then coordinate the activities of project teams to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.Remove ambiguity: Provide guidance to project team members through the project lifecycle, including a clear outline of the work plan, ensuring project teams are clear on their responsibilities, scope of their authority, and facilitate effective, timely and transparent decision making practices. Keep stakeholders informed: Implement a frequent and concise communication plan, including regular reporting on project progress / statuses into the Workplace Portfolio and other stakeholders.
About you:
An experienced Project Manager, preferably with a Dynamics 365 / D365 (CE / Field Service) Project under your belt, but otherwise, other CRM project experience would be greatly valued.Skilled at managing complex, multi-entity migrations - significant data migration element to the role.Able to balance stakeholder needs while keeping projects on schedule.A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
