Project Engineer - Commerical Construction

Opportunity to join the most exciting development in Perth, working on over a billion dollars worth of work and a project pipeline of over eight years worth of work already confirmed. 

They have a number of projects coming up in central locations and they require Project Engineer's with head contractor experience to assist getting these projects out of the ground. Projects include high rise residential complex, community facilities, sporting facilities. 

The Successful candidate will be working with some of the most experienced professionals in the Tier 1 space.

You will work within a highly professional environment as part of an integrated project team which includes the design, development and construction team. Your role with be mixed and varied on a daily basis and give you access to a hugely experienced project team and industry leading subcontractors. You will be expected to:

• Contribute to production of the documents and plans that govern the project delivery
• Compile or contribute to accurate scopes of work for subcontracts
• Review subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and specifications
• Coordinate with others to achieve engineering requirements, such as shop drawing approvals, third party inspections, temporary works controls
• Maintain and manage site records, documentation and registers, in line with project-specific roles and responsibilities
• Ensure the timely and organised compilation of deliverables prior to PC
• Coordinate and communicate with the extended project team to achieve project goals
• Identify trends, contribute to lessons learnt and the continuous improvement of the business
