We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support the administration, coordination, and reporting of key mining-related projects.
About the Role:
This full-time position supports senior project managers and delivery teams to coordinate schedules, documentation, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking across multiple mining infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will help maintain consistent and compliant project processes aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative aspects of project execution and reporting
- Maintain project schedules, registers, action logs, and status reports
- Support project planning, including tracking deliverables, milestones, and timelines
- Facilitate communication between project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and progress reports
- Assist with project risk and issue tracking, and follow-up actions
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and applicable project documentation standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance and reporting frameworks
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in a project coordination role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project coordination tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience supporting construction or mining infrastructure projects (preferred)
