Project Coordinator

New Fortune Australia Investment is a property development and investment company that undertake residential, commercial, and land developments. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic projects team in a full-time capacity.

Duties include but not limited to

• Coordinate schedules, track progress, and maintain project documentation.

• Build and maintain relationships with councils, contractors, and internal teams.

• Support risk assessments and quality management.

• Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates.

• Monitor site progress and resolve issues to maintain project flow.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in project management or a related field.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

• Qualification in land subdivision or a related field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination
