PX Partners is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will plan and manage our client engagements to help support them managing their risk, achieving compliance and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with clients to solve problems, develop strategies for change, and implement new systems and processes.

Task & responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating client engagements including managing contract and project scope variations
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving any issues relating to client projects
  • Working with PX Partners’ senior management to ensure that client deliverables and objectives are met, escalating to senior management any matters that require attention and executing their decisions.
  • Preparing and reviewing proposals and status reports in relation to client projects
  • Collating and analysing data in relation to client projects and documenting project results
  • Working on client deliverables which may include analysis of organisational structures, frameworks, methodologies, and processes
  • Developing and implementing new policies, procedures and methodologies
  • Implement monitoring and evaluation in relation to client processes and to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, controls and processes. 


Qualification & experience

  • At least three years of relevant work experience 
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project coordination 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree qualified 
  • Previous consultancy experience.
