You are responsible for coordinating, supporting, and ensuring the efficient execution of programs and projects across the organization. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing project timelines and deliverables, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, and facilitating effective communication among project teams and stakeholders. The Administrator plays a key role in aligning program activities with organizational objectives, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

  • Coordinate and oversee joinery projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, documentation, and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualification & experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the joinery or related construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality projects with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • AQF  Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (skill level 2)
