## **The Role** As a Programmatic Specialist, you will play a key role in campaign management, troubleshooting, and client engagement across CM360 (predominantly) and DV360. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to optimise programmatic advertising strategies while ensuring seamless integration with marketing platforms. ### **You will:**

  • Own and optimise programmatic campaigns using CM360 and DV360, ensuring seamless execution and performance.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues confidently, providing swift resolutions without hand-holding.
  • Analyse campaign data and deliver strategic recommendations to improve performance.

 

  • Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, billing, and reporting, maintaining high data integrity.
  • Project manage new client onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into programmatic platforms.

 

  • Confidently lead monthly check-ins with clients and Quarterly business reviews, delivering actionable insights and optimisation opportunities.

 

  • Solving for business and marketing objectives through technology solutions and architecture frameworks.

   

  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate the complexities of programmatic advertising.

Stay ahead of industry trends, and programmatic best practice.  

  • Maintain and update programmatic supply solutions, including inventory and yield management.

## **What Excites Us** 2-3+ years’ experience in a programmatic media role, ideally within an agency or consultancy. Hands-on experience with DV360, CM360, SA360, and Google Ads.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot campaign issues. Confident in client communication and account management. A proactive and self-motivated approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus: Exposure to Google Studio, Google Web Designer, or Meta Ads. ## **What’s in It for
