Role Overview:

This Delivery Analyst role sits within a delivery-driven team supporting a range of complex, fast-paced initiatives across the enterprise. Reporting into a senior manager and supporting multiple Delivery Leads, this role is well suited to someone looking to grow their impact across delivery planning, uplift, and coordination.

You'll play a key role in streamlining delivery support, embedding agile practices, and establishing repeatable processes across a variety of business and technology workstreams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate steering committees, prepare reporting packs, track risks and issues
• Provide hands-on delivery support to multiple Delivery Leads
• Help embed Jira and Confluence usage across teams
• Support standardisation of templates, tools, and delivery hygiene
• Contribute to the maturity of agile ways of working across the portfolio
• Operate with autonomy across diverse teams, proactively identifying and resolving delivery blockers

Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a program coordinator, project coordinator or delivery support role
• Familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira/Confluence) and delivery rhythms
• Exposure to scaled agile or value stream operating models preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
• Assertive, proactive, and adaptable—able to navigate ambiguity
• Keen to grow into a Delivery Lead role
