Working in our Procurement team, you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen.

Are you a driven problem-solver with a passion for optimising procurement processes and maximising system efficiency? We’re looking for a Procurement Programs & Process Manager to enhance supplier relationships, streamline procurement frameworks, and drive adoption of key tools for further efficiencies.

What You’ll Do

• Procurement Best Practices: Develop and enforce standards, templates, and procedures to streamline procurement operations.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Design and implement programs that enable category managers to drive vendor value.
• Capability Building: Manage external training providers and ensure the procurement team is equipped with best-in-class knowledge.
• Process & Systems Optimization: Lead Ariba adoption and utilization efforts, ensuring procurement tools are fully leveraged.
• Network & M&A Support: Represent procurement in network projects, mergers & acquisitions, and ensure seamless information flow.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Chair supply point review meetings, collaborate with treasury on hedging strategies, and influence teams to follow structured processes.

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Category Manager with a mix of direct and indirect procurement experience.
• Proven ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Strong experience in Ariba—an expert in driving adoption and utilization.
• Knowledge of SAP and experience rolling out SRM programs.
• Exposure to regulated industries (Government, Banking, Insurance) and ability to enforce structured processes.
• A people person who can lead meetings, encourage collaboration, and support teams to succeed.
