The role:

This is a hands-on role in which you will be involved in all aspects of our seed treatment and liquid chemical blending manufacturing operations.

Controlling accurate material selection and monitoring stock levels is a critical prerequisite of the production role.

The successful candidate will also require the following attributes:

• Forklift license essential

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures when handling plant equipment.

• Carry out chemical procedures safely and efficiently.

• Willingness to learn & attention to detail

• Capability to produce quality work on a consistent basis

• Ability to demonstrate initiative with a proactive approach

• Excellent time management skills

• Aptitude to operate production machinery

• Enhance processes to improve performance, safety, and efficiency

• Seed and/or horticultural industry background or seed pelleting knowledge would be an advantage.

• Any polymer liquid formulation experience or knowledge would be advantageous.
