Presales Technical Consultant

ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation, is a leading IT management software provider dedicated to empowering organizations with innovative solutions to optimize their IT infrastructure. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Presales Technical Consultant to join our team in Australia. This role is crucial in helping us deliver exceptional IT solutions and drive customer success.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings
- Provide technical responses to the Tender/RFP/RFI
- Devising scope, statements of work, architecture and other onboarding documentations
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts
- Retaining the customers through customer success program
- Presenting the solutions at conferences, webinars and in public events.
 

Preferences:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in IT with good understanding of network/server infrastructure, Active Directory, endpoints and IT processes.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- No hesitation to travel within/outside Australia
- Knowledge on IT HelpDesk, Monitoring, SIEM & Endpoint Management Solutions is a plus
- Pre-sales/Technical Account Management experience is an added advantage
