We’re currently looking for a qualified Mechanical Plumber with a strong background in Heating and Cooling to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time role offering consistent work, flexible conditions, and the stability of a company that continues to grow for all the right reasons.

About the Role

Reporting to the Heating & Cooling Service Manager, your role will include:

• Diagnose faults, service, and repair split systems, gas ducted heaters, evaporative coolers, and reverse cycle systems

• New installations of heating and cooling systems, including split systems, reverse cycle, gas ducted, and evaporative units.

• Perform commissioning, testing, and component replacements with precision

• Carry out preventative maintenance and performance checks across multiple system brands

• Accurately complete job documentation and provide clear updates to the office team

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality in all customer interactions

What You’ll Need

• Valid Australian Driver's License

• Minimum Cert III or higher in Plumbing

• Proven 1 year + of experience in heating and cooling systems (essential)

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• A strong focus on safety, quality, and clear communication

• Your own hand tools
