At our Riverwood site, South-West Sydney we have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Planning and Procurement Coordinator to assist with the effective planning of our production schedules and purchasing of raw materials in accordance with business demands.  

Reporting to our Group Supply Chain and Planning Manager this newly created role will see you utilizing your industry experience to align production with customer requirements, optimize inventory levels and maintain cost efficiencies.  Also, the role has responsibility for supplier management and demand forecasting.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess qualifications in business administration/procurement or the equivalent experience in production planning within manufacturing.  

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Have developed English language (written and spoken)

  • Be computer literate (intermediate level MS word, excel and outlook)

  • Be agile able to manage multiple work priorities   

  • Have an analytical mindset coupled with problem solving skills
