Key Responsibilities

The Pilates Studio Facilitator is responsible for the daily operations and client experience within the studio. This role combines administrative, customer service, and organisational skills to ensure the studio runs smoothly and provides an inviting environment for clients and instructors. The facilitator will be the face of the studio, providing support to members and contributing to a positive community atmosphere.

Studio Management:

  • Open and close the studio as per schedule.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio, including equipment and facilities.

  • Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked

Client Relations:

  • Greet and check in clients for classes.

  • Assist clients with bookings, cancellations, and payments using the studio's management software.

  • Provide information about classes, instructors, and memberships.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Administrative Duties:

  • Monitor and update client records and membership accounts.

  • Generate reports on attendance, sales, and feedback for management review.

Marketing and Community Engagement:

  • Promote studio events, 

  • Manage the studio's social media presence and email communications.

  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive studio culture.

 

Social Media Content Creation 

  • Content Creation:

    • Plan, film, and edit high-quality video and photo content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

    • Create inspiring and informative posts, reels, and stories that highlight our studio's offerings, member experiences, and wellness tips.

    • having experience creating reels for Tik Tok and Instagram will be a huge benefit.

  • On-Camera Presence:

    • Be the face of our studio’s social media, hosting live sessions, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.

    • Engage with followers through Q&A sessions, announcements, and fitness challenges.

  • Social Media Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.

    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

  • Member Engagement:

    • Showcase real member stories and achievements to build community.

    • Foster interaction by responding to comments and messages in a friendly, professional tone.

What We’re Looking For

  • A creative mind with experience in social media content creation and editing.

  • Confident on camera, with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • A passion for Pilates, fitness, and wellness (experience in Pilates is a plus!).

  • Ability to film and edit using tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

  • Energetic, organised, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with studio management software and basic office tools.

  • A friendly, professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

  • Knowledge of Pilates or a genuine interest in the fitness/wellness industry is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.

  • Background in fitness, health, or wellness settings is a plus.
