We’re looking for a compassionate and capable Physiotherapist to work primarily with adult NDIS clients (plan- and self-managed). You’ll have the opportunity to shape your own caseload while being part of a supportive clinic that’s currently undergoing NDIS registration.
This is a hybrid role, combining:
- In-clinic hours using our small rehab gym setup
- Community-based sessions (home visits, parks, day programs)
We believe in balance — for our clients and for you.
-A supportive environment that encourages autonomy and growth
- Real flexibility — work from clinic, from home, and in the community
- Help design a role and caseload that fits your strengths
- Our small in-clinic gym lets you do functional rehab, not just assessments
- Be part of a clinic that’s expanding the right way — with heart and integrity
- Competitive pay: $85K–$105K + Super + Renumeration (based on experience)
Conduct physical assessments to evaluate muscle strength, joint mobility, nerve function, and overall physical capability to diagnose patient conditions.
Develop and tailor rehabilitation programs aimed at addressing individual patient issues and improving physical functionality.
Deliver therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain, enhance circulation, restore joint movement, strengthen muscles, and improve respiratory, cardiovascular, and neuromuscular performance.
Apply a range of physiotherapy modalities including exercise, hydrotherapy, massage, heat and cold therapies, manual techniques, electrotherapy and ultrasound.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans regularly, making necessary adjustments based on patient progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care and discuss ongoing clinical needs.
Educate patients and their families on follow-up procedures and exercises to be continued at home for sustained recovery.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records of interventions, patient outcomes, and ongoing treatment plans.
Design and execute screening initiatives and health promotion programs to support preventative care and early intervention.
-AHPRA-registered physiotherapist
- Experience or strong interest in disability, neuro, aged care, or community rehab
- You’re confident working independently but happy to collaborate when needed
- You’re proactive, empathetic, and comfortable with the unique needs of NDIS participants
-Current driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
-Experience working with NDIS (plan- or self-managed) clients (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Functional Capacity Assessments or AT reports (Preferred)
- Experience delivering therapy in a home/community setting (Preferred)
