The purpose of this role is to support the workforce related administrative tasks of the Pharmacy Departments of Angliss Hospital (AH), Peter James Centre (PJC) and Wantirna Health (WH) teams. The role will have wide ranging responsibilities with key focus in staff rostering and allocation, departmental orientation of new staff and administration.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

Essential

• Experience in rostering and workforce coordination

• Ability to function with high degree of autonomy and accountability

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various sites

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient computer and data management skills (i.e. intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs)

Desirable

• Experience in Optima program

• Successful completion of human resource, business administration course or equivalent

• Current Victorian driver’s licence

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
