Pharmacist - Full Time - Greater Geelong Area

Client & Location Information

This welcoming community pharmacy is located in a charming small town in the Greater Geelong area, just over an hour's drive from Melbourne. It offers a peaceful, coastal lifestyle while still being within reach of the city.

Job Specification

As the sole pharmacist, you will be responsible for the daily management of the dispensary, including:

• Overseeing Webster packs (packed off-site) and making necessary updates
• Providing patient counselling and liaising with other health professionals
• Managing medicinal cannabis patients (fewer than five)

You will be supported by a dispensary technician and a retail pharmacy assistant, ensuring a smooth workflow. No methadone or vaccination services are required.

Skills Required

• General AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
• 2 years experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
• Strong dispensary management and patient counselling skills
• Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist
• Experience with FRED dispense is preferred
