As the demand for HenderCare services has increased in the community, we are currently seeking dedicated support workers to join our team to provide support to service recipients in their home. About The Role About the Role We are looking for someone with a caring nature and attributes such as encouragement, attentiveness, adaptability, excellent communication, and strong time management skills. Approaching people empathetically, you will be someone who is understanding and patient towards the needs of others, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Previous experience in providing personal care and working with complex behaviours is essential to be successful in this role.
