About the Role

You’ll provide personalised care to our residents with the dignity, respect, and compassion they deserve. Whether you’re assisting with daily activities, providing support for mobility, or simply sharing a kind word, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real impact on our residents’ wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering safe, effective, and individualised care based on each resident’s needs
• Assisting with daily activities like showering, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Communicating with residents, families, and your team to ensure the best possible care
• Bringing your positive energy and caring attitude to work every day!

What We’re Looking For

• A Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher)
• Current Federal Police Check
• Availability to work across a 24/7 roster (AM, PM, and Nights)
• Previous AIN experience is a plus but not required
• Effective communication skills and an enthusiastic team player
• A genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others
