Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable, future-proof Pega solutions- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and SMEs to define and refine requirements- Enhance user experiences through Pega Portal and Web Embed- Proactively address project challenges to ensure seamless delivery- Adhere to Pega Best Practices and Guardrails for optimal performance and maintainability- Build responsive, accessible applications for web, tablet, and mobile devices- Conduct code reviews, optimise performance, and troubleshoot technical issues- Produce high-quality technical documentation- Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications and Skills- Experience in customer-facing technical roles- Certifications:Required:- Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA)Preferred:- Pega Certified Systems Architect (CSA)- Pega Government Platform (PGP)- Pega Express Delivery- Strong organisational and teamwork skills- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships Desirable Skills- Experience with Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) for business requirements gathering- Expertise in Pega Platform Release Management and Application Release Management- Familiarity with Pega Constellation Candidates eager to contribute, solve complex challenges, and advance their careers in Pega technology are encouraged to apply.
