The Payroll Manager is currently looking for an energetic and dedicated Payroll Officer to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
- Administer the weekly payrolls for Australia and New Zealand including master file changes, time and attendance data, Adhoc payments and processing leave applications whilst supporting staff and managers with enquires.
- Generate payroll documents for processing, with variance analysis performed and key variances appropriately annotated with reasons.
- Ensure payrolls are accurate and appropriately authorised.
- Process out of cycle payrolls and/or calculate manual payments and final monies due for, and not limited to, resignations, terminations, retirements and redundancies to ensure appropriate and accurate.
- Liaise with HR BP and REM Team on adhoc reporting, payslip and separation certificates
- Provide specific/ad hoc payroll reports to department
The Candidate:
- Three years working with payroll processing
- iChris experience would be a bonus
- Excel spreadsheets and Word processing knowledge
- E2E Australian payroll
- NZ payroll experience would be advantageous
- Multi Enterprise Agreement understanding
