Payments Officer

Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for efficient and accurate processing of claims payments. What’s the role? Process claims payments in accordance with agreed RAC Insurance process and procedures Provide consistent and reliable home claims payment processing Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers, repairers and external assessors Handle internal and external customers claim payment queries in a professional and polite manner Carry out banking and receipting duties Provide supplier invoice management duties What are we looking for in you?
