• Food preparation, support & train the kitchen hand team & produce high quality pastry dishes, cakes, biscuits and desserts
• Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality pastries and desserts and a smooth service
• Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a fine dining setting
• Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
• Certificate IV in pastry cooking or above (or at least three years of relevant experience instead of qualification)
•At least one year work experience in a position of pastry cook
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a fine dining environment
•A culinary professional that can deliver exceptional dishes
•Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene practices
•Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
