Exciting Opportunity for a parts & warehousing all-rounder to join our team!
Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, this role will assist the Parts Department by providing efficient and accurate parts interpreting and administration support to the spare parts and warehouse teams.
Responsibilities
Identify spare parts required for satisfying internal and external customer requirements using available resources.
Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales orders ensuring priority levels are clearly communicated internally and externally, following up on ETA of all items to ensure regular and timely updates are provided to the customer.
Contribute to the stocktake process, including counting to stock, data input and count verifications, reporting on all stock discrepancies.
Provide excellent after sales service to our customers ensuring a high standard of communication is adhered to at all times
Ensure customer orders are picked accurately, efficiently, effectively and on time to meet any customer requirements, and all stock deliveries are received without damage and receipted accordingly, and accurate documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation of product is adhered to.
Loading and unloading of freight vehicles as required whilst adhering to company safety standards and safe operation of company assets.
Organising and action all outbound freight in line with customer requirements.
Data entry tasks via Pronto as required.
Assist with parts and supply pick up and delivery as required.
General administration support for the branch as required.
About you
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
Current Driver’s License
Forklift Licence (desirable)
Sound computer literacy skills, including Office Suite and Pronto ERP system (desirable).
