As the Partnerships Manager for the Play For Purpose charity raffle, you will build and maintain relationships with our key not-for-profit charity partners. This position is responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue for our products and identify and implement new processes to improve all areas of our operations. In addition, this role supports the Charitable Games team in all projects and products that fall under the business unit. This role is based in Brisbane and is a 15 month contract. What you'll do Contribute to the successful delivery of professional fundraising products that raises significant funds for charities. Work collaboratively with internal and external business stakeholders to drive key projects in line with the business unit's strategic plan. Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships including partners, charities and NFPs, agencies and suppliers to achieve positive business and consumer outcomes. In conjunction with the team, build product brand awareness and develop retention and acquisition strategies to increase consumer engagement. Develop and implement product management, including administration, governance, risk and compliance, finance, reporting and other management processes.Work collaboratively to deliver creative and innovative partner communications plans and best in class technology solutions.
What you'll bringA degree in business, communications, marketing or similar, or relevant industry experience. Experience in any of the following beneficial: marketing, digital marketing, campaign development, creative writing, events, sponsorship, business development, charity, administration. Previous experience delivering positive outcomes in the not-for-profit or fundraising sectors is highly advantageous. Communicate effectively, establish, and maintain rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and handle matters with maturity, confidentiality, tact and discretion. Proven experience managing a portfolio of current and prospective charity partnerships, with an intricate understanding of the not-for-profit landscape to guide partners to elevate their raffle campaign plans and fundraising outcomes. Confidence interpreting data and analytics to inform decision-making, providing innovative insights and valuable recommendations to charity partners, to help develop and scale their fundraising activity. Strong commercial acumen, problem solving abilities and a sharp eye for attention to detail. Ability to shape product initiatives and technology platform improvements, from customer-first insights.A positive, customer-centric and solutions-focused attitude with experience resolving customer service enquiries and escalations with confidence.Past experience using Salesforce, SendGrid, Tableau and Excel valuable but not mandatory.
