Best&Less has an opportunity for a Part-time Permanent Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Northam store.

As an integral member of the Northam 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

As a Team member your role will include

• Minimum 15hours/week, with the opportunity for more hours on a needs basis
• Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
• Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
• Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
• Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
• Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
• Management relief expected

As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has:

• 1-2 years’ experience in retail,
• Really passionate about customer experience
• Positive attitude - we can teach the rest!
• Eager to learn
• Desire to develop your career in retail
• Management experience is preferred
