Part Time Sales Support Assistant

About the role

Professionals Paradise Realty is seeking a motivated and organised Part Time Sales Support Assistant (minimum 3 days per week - hours negotiable) to join our dynamic team in Casula, NSW. As a part time role, this position will provide critical administrative and sales support to our real estate agents.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone

• Preparing and processing real estate sales documentation, including contracts, listings, and property details

• Coordinating property inspections, open houses, and other sales-related tasks

• Maintaining detailed records and databases to track leads, sales, and client information

• Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, such as property flyers and online listings

• Supporting the sales team with any other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably within the real estate industry or similar

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

• Proficiency in using real estate software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
