About You
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Has a passion for real estate—property management experience is a bonus, but we’ll mentor the right person!
• Thrives on organization, punctuality, and smart time management
• Brings a friendly, can-do attitude with sharp attention to detail
• Lives in the South-Western suburbs and has their own reliable transport (you’ll be on the road regularly!)

Your Role (Initial Responsibilities)
• Hosting open homes
• Preparing entry and exit condition reports
• Conducting routine property inspections
• Flag urgent maintenance/repairs to the management team
• Assisting with property photo shoots
• Support compliance workflows (pool safety, water efficiency checks)
