House Packing/Unpacking and Home Organising Assistant (Casual Role)

Do you have a passion for home organising, packing and making moving house easier for others?

We specialise in helping people to declutter, pack, move, unpack, set up and organise our clients new homes.

We are looking for new team members who are dedicated, organised and ready to put in the hard work to help make our clients moves a success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Staff with a passion for setting up and organising homes.

•  Kind, Thoughtful and Detail Oriented – Moving house can be an overwhelming experience. Having the ability to navigate our clients through this stressful period, whilst delighting them at the same time is a must!

• Happy to Travel – There is lots of variety in this role as you work in different homes throughout Melbourne (mostly within a 30 km from the CBD), so you must be able to travel.

• Be Fit and Healthy – organising, house packing/unpacking can be tiring, so you must be physically fit (however no heavy lifting is required).

• Customer Focused – a positive attitude and great communication are key as you’ll be helping clients with their moving and organising needs.

• Flexible hours – as a casual position, we offer flexibility to fit your schedule, however you will need to be available for min 4hrs shifts between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. The number our hours will vary per week. If you are after a set number of hours i.e. 25 hours per week this role won’t be suitable for you though.

Key Requirements:

• Own car and a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel.

• Previous experience in moving, packing or organising is a bonus, but not essential.

• Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.

• Positive attitude and great communication skills.

Successful applicants will be provided training. The right attitude is a must!
