We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing company. This position will work across all areas of corporate services, support the delivery of our projects, and manage travel bookings for the team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our business operations.

About the Role
The Operations Coordinator will support the Operations Manager to ensure efficient and effective functioning of all business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Services:
Support business requirements across the full suite of corporate services, including finance, HR, IT, business administration and office management.
Update and maintain appropriate policies and procedures to ensure efficient business operations.
Project Management Assistance:
Support project delivery and tracking through Total Synergy
Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers.
Travel Bookings:
Arrange and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport, for all team members, ensuring cost-effective and efficient arrangements.
Proactively resolve travel-related issues to ensure seamless experiences for team members.
General Administration:
Carry out general office duties to support the team and day-to-day running of the office premises.
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
Experience in business operations and administration, ideally within the built environment or management consulting industries (such as a planning, architecture, engineering or environmental consulting business).
Experience in booking and managing travel arrangements.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask as well as a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs, with experience in Xero and Total Synergy a significant advantage.
A high level of integrity and reliability, ensuring confidentiality and trust in all aspects of your work.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with team members, clients, and vendors.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the team.
