We are currently seeking an experienced Onsite Property Manager / Building Manager to manage two townhouse complexes in Wellington Point.
The role will involve managing a whole complex as well as 50 properties in the rental pool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the two townhouse complexes
- Oversee the Property Management and conduct Building Management duties
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
- Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers for building maintenance
- Coordinate general upkeep and maintenance as required
- Ensure smooth operation of the property, with minimal disruptions
- Monitor and report on property performance
About You: - Previous experience in property management or building management is preferred
- Ideally, you will be able to live onsite, or reside nearby for ease of access
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle any issues that arise
- Previous experience with townhouses or similar properties would be an advantage
