We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and highly organised Office Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy Property Department.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in this role is essential. 

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • contributing to the planning and review of the Property Department services

  • ensuring work complies with relevant legislation, policies and procedures

  • emergency management communication for department

  • management of timely payroll and leave documentation, training records and compliance for staff

  • manangement of all office administration - phones, deliveries, calendar management, document preparation, updating and maintaining internal databases, uniform management, compliance , accounts, vehicle management and supplies.

  • management of Who's on location - Contractor setup and maintenance, compliance management, documentation maintenance including insurances, registrations, SWMS and reporting,

  • contractor onboarding and site induction

  • management of MyMaintenance, allocating work orders and assigning work to appropriate staff

  • Other tasks as required.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You will possess 3 years plus of relevant Office Management experience

  • Previous experience in Education is Highly Regarded

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

  • Proactive work ethic with the capacity to work independently and part of a team

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and problem solve

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Experience using MyMaintenance and Whos on Location highly regarded

  • Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Payroll highly regarded
