About the Role
As the Office Manager, you will be a central figure in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee administrative procedures, coordinate office resources, and support staff to meet strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in planning and reviewing office service strategies, setting priorities, and establishing operational standards.
- Allocate and coordinate human resources, workspace, and equipment to facilitate efficient office operations.
- Supervise and monitor office staff, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain office records, financial accounts, and documentation in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Liaise across departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies to ensure uninterrupted business functions.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and relevant government regulations.
- Support human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, payroll processing, and training initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in HR-related tasks such as recruitment and payroll is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
