Task & responsibilities

• Manage physical facilities, ensuring buildings and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Coordinate personnel activities such as hiring, training, payroll, performance management, and supervision.
• Oversee the allocation of human resources, office space, and equipment.
• Liaise with professionals to coordinate office activities and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Assign work tasks and monitor staff performance to maintain service standards.
• Participate in the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Manage and maintain office records, accounts, and administrative documentation.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification & three years of experience in an administrative or office management role
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
