We are looking for office manager. As the Office Manager, you will oversee key administrative tasks and help ensure the day-to-day operations of the practice run efficiently. This role requires a proactive, well-organised individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced professional setting.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact across the practice, helping manage daily workflows and supporting both the Partners and the accounting team. You’ll handle key responsibilities like maintaining ASIC compliance through (relevant software), preparing and coordinating ATO lodgements, and managing firm correspondence and document tracking. You’ll also keep client records up to date using MYOB AE, assist with billing and debtor follow-up, and help with client onboarding while making sure compliance requirements are met. This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, proactive, and confident working in a busy professional setting.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Managing daily workflow efficiency and serving as the primary point of contact across the practice
• Supervising day-to-day office functions while supporting Partners and the accounting team
• Ensuring timely ASIC compliance through platforms like (relevant software)
• Managing corporate compliance obligations via (relevant software)
• Preparing ATO lodgements and overseeing firm correspondence and document tracking
• Coordinating ATO submissions and handling associated communications
• Maintaining and updating client data using MYOB AE and internal databases
• Managing client records and database entries through MYOB AE
• Supporting client invoicing, billing, and initial debtor management tasks
• Assisting with billing operations and monitoring outstanding accounts
• Communicating with clients regarding documentation, onboarding needs, and general queries
• Aiding new client onboarding while ensuring compliance protocols are followed
Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role, ideally in an accounting or professional services setting
• Confidence using MYOB AE and (any rellevant doftware) (or similar compliance platforms)
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with ease
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
