Wesfil Australia is looking for an enthusiastic permanent part-time office administration / customer service associate, to work within our busy Acacia Ridge branch.
Fantastic, positive team environment/culture.
Permanent part-time work. Must be available 8am - 4pm, on both Monday and Tuesday's (slightly flexible).
Duties include customer service, answering phones, emails, order processing, invoicing and general office duties.
Must have a happy disposition, excellent communication skills & a positive phone manner.
Microsoft office computer skills a must.
Experience in Pronto beneficial though not necessary (training will be provided).
Must be able to liaise with customers and all stakeholders.
Previous experience is desirable, though not necessary.
A can-do attitude, attention to detail and is required.
Applicant must have a reliable work history.
