We're currently seeking expressions of interest for Nursery Hand roles based in the Pakenham region , with an anticipated start date in May . What's on offer: $30+ per hour plus super Monday to Friday, full-time availability required

Potential for long-term opportunities and growth within the business A mix of indoor and outdoor tasks to keep your days varied About the role: You'll be supporting nursery operations which may include potting, plant maintenance, general labouring, and other hands-on duties.

It's a physically active role that requires good stamina and a keen eye for detail. We're looking for candidates who: Have strong dexterity and enjoy practical, hands-on work

Can stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks comfortably Enjoy spending time outdoors or in garden settings Are reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn
