About Myhealth Top Ryde Myhealth Top Ryde is a Urgent Care Centre (UCC), providing care for patients from 8am to 10pm, 365 days a year. Over the last 12 months, the practice has grown to accommodate an additional 6 doctors, a number of nurses, and is pleased to welcome a new Nurse Practitioner to the team! About The Role We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Urgent Care Centre team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to utilise their skills and experience within a Primary Care setting. Our roles offer flexibility, growth, and ongoing career development. This position is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the local community and have a direct impact on Urgent Care. A Day In The Life Work closely with GPs to provide the best patient careConducting clinical assessmentsConduct comprehensive and accurate nursing triage Organisation of clinical spaceAssisting in proceduresWound management Other related duties as required What we're looking for: AHPRA Registration in Registered Nursing - essentialHospital experience - essentialAccredited as a Nurse PractitionerGeneral practice experience - preferred but not essentialExcellent communication and strong customer service skillsAbility to work autonomously when requiredStrong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.Experience with Best Practice - desirable What you'll get from us: You’ll have the backing of an experienced Practice and Area Manager, as well as a Nurse Lead Educator, who will work closely with you to monitor and improve clinic performance.
