🚀 Join the Leafio Team: Business Development Superstar Wanted!

Are you a natural at building relationships and closing deals? Leafio is on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development pro to help us expand our pharmacy network and introduce exciting new products to the market.

💼 New Business Acquisition

  • Hunt down new pharmacy partners (through phone, email, and inbound leads) and bring them into the Leafio fold.

  • Build a pipeline of amazing business opportunities that will set you up for success.

  • Collaborate with our SDR team to strategise, create targeted lists, and craft messaging that sparks real interest.

  • Drive excitement and product orders by communicating the launch of our latest and greatest ranges.

  • Partner with marketing to ensure our message is unified, and outreach is on point!

🤝 Relationship & Revenue Management

  • Get to know prospective pharmacies like a trusted partner—understand their needs, pain points, and goals.

  • Own the registration process, guiding new pharmacies through to a seamless experience.

  • Tackle challenges head-on and create a positive, lasting impression with our pharmacy partners.

  • Drive the conversion of registrations into revenue-generating first orders. Ka-ching! 💰

🗂 Admin Excellence

  • Keep our CRM up-to-date with all your winning communications and activities.

  • Make sure every pharmacy account is properly set up and running smoothly—your organizational skills will shine. ✨

 

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role in a phone based high volume environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong relationship management and active listening skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and solutions focussed, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

  • Demonstrated experience using sales based CRM systems.  

  • A self motivated, team player who is eager to make an impact on the business and on their career.
