About the Role
As a Support Coordinator, you will:
🔹 Work closely with NDIS participants to understand their goals and connect them with the right supports.
🔹 Provide expert guidance on NDIS plans, budgets, and service agreements.
🔹 Coordinate multiple supports, including mainstream and community services.
🔹 Advocate for participants to ensure they receive the best possible care and services.
🔹 Manage a caseload independently, working efficiently to support a variety of needs.
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with NDIS guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2 or 3) – We need someone who can hit the ground running.
✔ Strong knowledge of the NDIS – Understanding of plans, funding, and service agreements.
✔ Excellent communication & advocacy skills – Confident in engaging with participants, families, and providers.
✔ Empathy & Participant-Focused Approach – You genuinely care about making a difference.
✔ Highly Organised & Proactive – Able to manage multiple cases efficiently.
✔ Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, or a related field (Diploma or higher preferred).
