Who We’re Looking For

To be a successful mystery shopper, you’ll need:

• Strong observation & writing skills – Reports require both numerical ratings and insightful commentary.

• A keen eye for detail – You’ll assess service, cleanliness, and overall experience.

• Ability to meet deadlines – Timely, accurate reporting is essential.

• Comfort with gaming facilities – Some assignments require evaluating poker machines, TAB, and Keno areas.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ (due to bar and gaming evaluations).

• ABN holder (or willing to apply for one).

• Reliable internet & computer access (all reports are completed online).

• Transport access (to visit different venues).
