Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking motor mechanic to join our team - as a motor mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Sea-Doo watercraft and Can-Am side by side vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and quick learning ability, with a passion for working with high performance recreational vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Sea-Doo watercraft and Can-Am off road vehicles

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles are in top condition

• Keep up to date with the latest repair techniques and manufacturer specifications

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained

• Provide excellent customer service, including explaining repairs and maintance to customers as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a motor mechanic

• Excellent problem solving skills and a commitment to quality work

• Ability to quickly learn new repair techniques and procedures

• A hardworking and dedicated attitude with a strong attention to detail

• Ability work independantly and as part of a team

• Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cerification in small engine repair or a related field

• Experience with BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) is a plus

• Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools
