We are currently looking for a Qualified & Experienced Automotive Mechanic. We are a well-established automotive service centre, dedicated to providing top-quality repairs and maintenance services to a wide range of vehicles. We're currently seeking a full-time Motor Mechanic to join our team of professionals. If you're passionate about cars and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Tasks and Duties:

You'll be responsible for performing both minor and major service tasks, ensuring every vehicle is running at its best.

Your day-to-day role involves diagnosing a variety of automotive problems. Utilizing your expert knowledge and our state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, you'll determine the best course of action for each repair.

Whether it's engine assemblies, transmissions, or other crucial components, you'll carefully dismantle and remove parts for repair or replacement, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.

You will align, balance, and replace wheel rims and tyres, guaranteeing safe and smooth rides for all our customers.

Enhance vehicle fuel efficiency by decarburizing engines, changing oil and filters, and lubricating parts as needed.

You'll repair or replace defective parts, and worn components, reassembling them with precision to meet our quality standards.

Task & responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance

Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues

Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements

Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work performed

Qualification & experience

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications (Cert IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or similar) preferred.

1.5 years + experience as a Motor Mechanic.

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Valid Driver’s License
