Red Arrow Australia is a 100% Indigenous-owned company, and we are looking for a dedicated passionate and experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our Perth based team.

We are a specialist provider of White- and Blue-Collar Trades, Labour, and Construction personnel.  If you have previous mobilisations experience either internal or external this would be a brilliant role for you. 

We work with a range of Perth's Top Tier Companies and the successful candidate will have the ability to slide into the role, understand mining and construction terminologies and gain knowledge on various blue-collar roles. 

About the role: 

• Data Entry Ordering PPE 
• Booking medicals
• Mobilisation of all candidates on various portals 
• Arranging VOC’s and Induction and Training courses 
• Booking flights 
• Liaising with site contacts

About you:

• Minimum 2-year mobilisation experience 
• A positive and can-do attitude 
• Able to speak to clients and candidates 
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience with Jobadder
• Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent phone etiquette
