Mobile Phone Repair Technician

A combined role of mobile phone technician and retail sales involves both repairing mobile devices and assisting customers with sales of phones, accessories, and other products. The role requires technical skills in phone repair, customer service, and sales acumen.

Looking for experience mobile phone technician and/or retail sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone Repair:

Diagnosing and repairing mobile phones, tablets, and other devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting.

Retail Sales:

Assisting customers with purchasing phones, accessories, and related products. Providing product information, addressing customer queries, and closing sales.

Customer Service:

Providing friendly and efficient service to all customers, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software, troubleshooting skills, and experience with various repair tools and techniques.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with customers, and resolve issues professionally.

Sales Skills:

Understanding sales techniques, product knowledge, and ability to upsell and cross-sell products.

Problem-solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both customers and colleagues.

Pay: $26.00 – $34.00 per hour
