About The Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to join our Perth office. In this pivotal role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver high-impact customer experience outcomes. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform will enable you to shape and implement innovative solutions that address client challenges and drive real business transformations. Role Description As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)CRM Solution Architect, you will Envision and execute creative solutions tailored to our clients' needs by designing and implementing comprehensive D365 CRM solutions.Lead client requirement workshops, document client needs, and outline application solutions that meet their objectives.Configure D365 CRM systems as per Configuration Workbooks and detail functional enhancements based on client specifications.Develop test scripts from functional requirements and oversee the testing of application configurations.Coordinate with technical consultants to construct detailed technical specifications.Drive continuous improvement in our methodology and assets to deliver enhanced value to our clients. Your leadership attributes and commitment to customer satisfaction are key. You will Lead large, multi-discipline transformation programs.Cultivate trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all organisational levels.Navigate clients through end-to-end business and technology transformations to achieve meaningful business outcomes.Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from facilitating workshops to conducting steering committee meetings.Develop cutting-edge technology strategies focused on tangible user value and lasting change.Champion improvements in our delivery approach and methodology. Experience We are looking for candidates who possess Proven leadership experience in managing complex, multi-disciplined programs that include the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Engagement areas, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI).Domain knowledge in Government, Education, or Energy & Mining sectors is highly desirable.Experience working with or within consulting organisations.
