Norths is currently seeking Member Services Attendants to join our dynamic team! If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, addressing inquiries and providing information about club services and events.
• Assist with membership registrations, renewals, and inquiries.
• Handle member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote club events and programs to enhance member engagement.
• Maintain accurate member records and ensure confidentiality.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Current Safe Food Handling, RSA, and RSG certification.
