Mechanic/Tyre Fitter

About the role

Become part of the dedicated team at Bridgestone Select Tyre and Auto as a Mechanic/Tyre Fitter. In this full-time position based in Moorabbin or Mornington depending on your preference , you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle faults and issues

• Inspect, service and replace automotive parts, components and systems

• Perform tyre fitting, balancing and alignment services

• Liaise with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and provide tailored recommendations

• Maintain detailed service records and job reports

• Uphold strict workplace health and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent experience

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

• Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to providing high-quality workmanship
